Payment

NCCS offers two methods of tuition payment. A parent can choose either a one-time payment or a monthly installment plan.

Full Tuition Payment

One (1) full tuition payment in accordance with the NCCS tuition and discount rates.  Under this plan, the parent is entitled to a reimbursement of the registration fee.

Tuition Installment Payment Plan

This plan was devised for equal payments throughout the NCCS school year, however, at any time, a parent may elect to pay the student's balance in full.

The annual tuition may be divided into  ten (10) equal monthly payments that in total are in accordance with the NCCS tuition and discount rates. Under this plan, the parent is held accountable for timely payments.

Each monthly installment is due on or before the first of the month. The first payment is due on or before August 1 and the final payment is due on or before May 1.

Financial statements are prepared on a monthly basis.

All expenses incurred by the school as a result of checks returned for insufficient funds will be the family's responsibility.  For second and subsequent incidents, the school will charge an additional fee of $10 per student.
