Late Fees

Each monthly tuition payment is due on or before the first of the month. The first installment is due on or before August 1 and the final installment is due on or before May 1.
There will be a five-day grace period.  Families whose payments arrive on or after the sixth of the month will be penalized according to the following schedule:
Days Late Action Responsibility
6 Pay tuition late plus a
$10 per student late fee		 Parent
30 Expulsion letter sent School Board
45 Student is automatically dismissed Administrator
If there is a financial problem, please contact the Administrator. Communicating an emergency situation, which may arise, will assist the school in making appropriate arrangements. Financial hardship is understood and dealt with accordingly.
Excessive late payments and a lack of good faith or communication on the part of the parent will necessitate suspension or expulsion of the student.  Records will not be released until tuition is received in accordance with the withdrawal plan.
