Teachers and Staff

Parents, students, teachers, and staff work closely together in love with open honest communication.  Parents, staff, and board members esteem and support teachers in ways that enable them to fulfill their special calling from God to instruct our children.

Teachers are hired based on their Christian commitment, character, and teaching skills. Teachers receive training and are encouraged to update their skills throughout the year.  Teacher performance is reviewed throughout the year to recognize excellence and identify areas for improvement.  Teachers are accountable for their Christian walk and for their positive influence of the students.
