"I attended New Covenant Christian
School from Kindergarten through 5th grade before my parents chose to
enroll me in the Ashland Public School System. It was only when I made
the transition that I realized what pivotal characteristics and values
that NCCS had given me to take out into 'the real world.' Not only did I
feel academically prepared and advanced based on the curriculum I had
learned from at New Covenant, but also was instilled with the peace and
comfort of Christ's love and its omnipresence. My time at NCCS equipped
me with the ability to recognize the presence of God in my life and that
acknowledging, obeying, and confiding in Him would help me through the
more difficult times in my life, and it has. I am now a freshman in
college, and what I gained from NCCS stays with me still. The staff,
curriculum, and fellowship at New Covenant Christian School made a
crucial difference on my life, and I believe it can and will make such a
difference on the lives of all who attend."

"Since joining the NCCS family
in August 2004, my vision of education will never be the same. Our public
education system leaves a lot to be desired. With the state of the world
today, NCCS has blessed our lives. To have a loving staff of
teachers, administrators, and board members who provide our children with the
solid foundation of God's Word, to me it is priceless. The families who come
together each year to make this school what it is today is a testament to the
faithfulness of the school's founding "fathers". I love this school, I love
being a part of it and I love that my daughter has a home-away-from-home in
which to grow up, learning more about God's purposes for our
lives."

"I always have fond memories of my years at NCCS. Being there for nine years, I
saw a lot of changes. I saw Mr. Bellisario go from gym teacher to 5th grade
teacher. I saw the creation of the Middle School. I saw the initiation of Ms.
Smith and Mr. Marapodi as administrators. But the thing I remember most
was the influence that the spiritual environment had on me. To be certain,
being in a private Christian School kept me out of a lot of trouble I could have
fallen into in the folly of my youth. But more than that, I remember the
discussions about the Bible that gave me such a strong theological foundation in
preparation for all my time at secular schools since then. I remember the
strong sense of community within the school, especially during my last two years
of middle school. And I remember the way that Mr. Marapodi was pretty much the
hardest teacher I've ever had in my life, making us memorize a Bible verse a
week while also learning how to draw a map of the entire world or writing a
twenty page short story, or any number of other academic demands that have
prepared me more than adequately for my courseloads in high school and college.
Thanks NCCS for everything you've done for me!"
